We first met Debbie 12 years ago when our Executive Committee decided a change in strata manager was required. Debbie was extremely professional and showed great commitment in resolving the maintenance, arrears, accounting and communications problems that she inherited.
After getting everything in order Debbie has continued to give our complex dedicated service. Debbie keeps us informed of the items we need to know about while quietly managing all the day-to-day tasks (maintenance, levies, bill payment, and certification). When unexpected situations arise she pro-actively takes on the challenge and will fight for what the complex is entitled to (major hail storm, dump vehicles, illegal businesses, and land acquisitions). She openly discusses potential options and will offer her insights based on her experience, legal obligations and industry knowledge.
Debbie has been proactive in introducing new systems to make the management process easier for both herself and unit owners. She has great knowledge of the strata scheme and potential future changes.
