I purchased a new apartment in a 42 unit strata titled property in Parramatta 32 years ago, and, combined with other Parramatta properties, have over 100 years of strata title ownership. I’ve always taken a keen interest in the strata management of these properties, and, as a committee member, have been involved in most of the decision making processes over the years. As such, I have worked with a variety of professional strata managers.

Debbie Montibeler has been strata manager of my apartment property for over 10 years. In this capacity, she has provided a highly professional and skilful input. She has kept owners fully informed of any issues, and conducted strata meetings competently and efficiently. She openly discusses potential options and will offer her insights based on her experience, legal obligations and industry knowledge.

Debbie has been proactive in introducing new systems to make the management process easier for both herself and unit owners. She has great knowledge of the strata scheme and potential future changes. We would highly recommend Debbie to anyone looking for a strata manager as we have found her to be exactly what we need.

The complex has 2 building with 52 units and large grounds.
