Experience and Expertise

Grant originally trained as an accountant and tax adviser and worked for various “Big Four” accounting firms as a Senior Manager advising international property companies, developers and investors in Sydney, Tokyo and London.

Grant joined Beaumont Strata Management in 2006 and was appointed a Director in 2011.

While managing a number of properties himself, he is also responsible for administration within the office.

Grant is a member of the Real Estate Institute of New South Wales, Strata Communities Australia and the Taxation Institute of Australia. He is also a registered BAS Agent. He is an active patrolling member of the North Bondi Surf Life Saving Club.

Peter Albee is a seasoned real estate professional with over two decades of industry experience. He began his career in 2001 with a prominent residential agency, laying the foundation for a deep understanding of property management and client service. In 2011, Peter joined Coutts as a property manager, where his leadership and strategic insight quickly propelled him through various roles including sales & leasing agent, general manager, and ultimately Chief Operating Officer at Beaumont Property Group in 2023.

Throughout his tenure, Peter has played a pivotal role in the growth and evolution of Beaumont Property Group. His commitment to operational excellence and client-focused service continues to drive innovation and performance across the group. Passionate about delivering value and building lasting relationships, Peter remains dedicated to enhancing the company’s service offering and supporting its ongoing expansion.

With more than 22 years of experience in strata management, Anthony brings extensive industry knowledge and practical expertise to his role as Business Manager and Licensee-in-Charge at Norwest Strata Management.

After beginning his career in IT, Anthony transitioned into strata management in 2004 before establishing Norwest Strata Management in 2015, which he successfully owned and operated for 11 years. His experience spans residential, commercial, community, neighbourhood and BMC schemes across Sydney and the Central Coast.

Known for his problem-solving ability and solutions-focused approach, Anthony combines a strong understanding of building practices, legislation and business operations to achieve practical, cost-effective outcomes for clients.

Outside of work, Anthony enjoys cooking, fishing, golf, cars and technology.

Kyara joined Beaumont Strata after working as a full time casual responsible for scanning well over 20,000 documents into our digital document management software. During this time, Kyara presented great attention to detail and a friendly enthusiasm, after which she was then offered a permanent position to join the Beaumont Strata team.

At Beaumont Strata Management, Kyara is responsible for the coordination of all insurance related matters including claims, endorsements, commissions and renewals. Kyara also assists with new business set up and general strata administration duties.

Experience and Expertise

Ashley joined Beaumont Strata Management in 2005 after a number of years in both Commercial and Residential Sales and Property Management.

Ashley is responsible for the day-to-day supervision of the Strata Managers and ensures high standards are maintained at all times. He is also our representative on the Committee of the Strata Chapter of the New South Wales Real Estate Institute.

Ashley is currently undertaking graduate law study, and has interests in Theatre and the Arts. He is also a keen supporter of the NSW Waratahs.

Julia Murray began her career with the Beaumont Group as Personal Assistant to Mr. Grant Beaumont, Director of Norwest Commercial & Industrial Real Estate and Beaumont Strata. Over the past five years, she has advanced through key leadership roles; Group Operations Manager, Associate Director, and Office Manager. These advancements reflect her dedication, expertise, and deep understanding of the organisation’s operations.

In her current capacity, Julia plays an integral role across the Group, supporting six real estate offices and two strata management companies. With extensive experience in administration, office management, and systems administration, she is recognised for her solutions-focused approach, proactive leadership, and unwavering reliability in addressing operational requirements.

Julia is committed to providing accurate, timely support to directors, general managers, and senior staff, ensuring they are equipped with the tools and information needed to drive business success. Known for her exceptional problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and strategic mindset, Julia is instrumental in maintaining the seamless day-to-day operations and ongoing growth of the organisation.

Lisa Mercer joined the Beaumont Property Group as Chief Financial Officer in October 2025. Lisa is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Australia and New Zealand and is a Chartered Tax Adviser with The Tax Institute of Australia.

Prior to joining Beaumont Property Group, Lisa worked in public practice for over 20 years, across external audit, business, taxation and superannuation advisory. Her client portfolio included high net wealth private groups and family businesses across a broad range of industries. Since 2019, she has held senior finance roles in Market Research, SaaS, Not-for-Profit and Agribusiness.

Lisa brings financial leadership, strategic analysis and problem-solving skills, driving profitability, cost control, process efficiency, strong internal controls, treasury management, governance, and energising strategic management decisions.

Meseret joined the Beaumont group as Group Accountant, bringing more than 15 years of accounting experience across a diverse range of industries, including financial services, training and manufacturing. Her broad industry background, spanning both large global listed companies and not-for-profit organisations, has provided her with a well-rounded and adaptable approach to finance functions at all levels.

Throughout her career, Meseret has developed strong expertise across financial reporting and compliance, process improvement, analysis and business partnering. She works closely with various stakeholders across the group, ensuring financial operations are managed accurately, efficiently and in line with relevant compliance requirements.

Meseret is known for her thorough and methodical approach, bringing a high standard of accuracy and a continuous improvement mindset to her work within the Beaumont team.

Outside of work, Meseret enjoys exploring new places, walking and socialising.

Melanie joined the Beaumont group as Executive Assistant to Grant Beaumont, bringing extensive experience across both legal and property environments. Her background spans paralegal work in family and criminal law, as well as executive support to a residential property strategist and buyer’s agency, providing her with a well-rounded understanding of professional services and the property sector.

Melanie takes a process-driven approach to her work, with a strong focus on accuracy, efficiency and coordination. She is experienced in documentation management, task coordination and stakeholder communication, ensuring all aspects of her support role are delivered to a consistently high standard.

Known for her structured and reliable approach, Melanie is committed to providing effective executive support that allows the wider team to operate smoothly and efficiently.

Outside of work, Melanie enjoys camping, fishing, reading and weightlifting.

With more than 10 years of experience in accounting and finance, Shilpi brings extensive expertise across payroll, accounts payable and receivable, reconciliations, financial reporting and administration to her role as Accounts Officer at Beaumont Property in Norwest.

Her career spans a range of industries, including retail, healthcare, transport and professional services, where she has managed complex financial operations and high-volume payroll functions for workforces of more than 600 employees.

Known for her attention to detail, reliability and ability to meet deadlines, Shilpi takes a proactive and solutions-focused approach to her work. She is committed to delivering accurate and efficient financial support while building strong relationships with colleagues, suppliers and stakeholders.

Outside of work, Shilpi enjoys travelling, cooking and spending time with family.

Ashleigh began her career with Norwest Commercial in 2020 as a Sales and Leasing Associate, with a focus on providing excellent customer service. In 2025, she transitioned into the role of Group Marketing Executive for Beaumont Property, where she is responsible for managing and enhancing the Group’s digital presence. With her attention to detail, creativity, and results-driven mindset, she plays an essential role within the team in strengthening Beaumont Property’s brand and supporting its ongoing growth.

Ashleigh holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree, majoring in Marketing, equipping her with a strong foundation in strategic planning, brand management, and digital marketing. She is skilled in content creation, social media management, campaign development, and market analysis, bringing a dynamic and innovative approach to the Group’s marketing efforts.

Renee is the Marketing Manager – Property & Operations at Beaumont Property Group, where she manages the marketing department across the group. With nine years in the real estate industry spanning boutique and franchise agencies, she brings a rare combination of operational depth and creative, strategic thinking to the role. Her work was recognised as a REINSW Finalist in 2026, having earlier contributed to a REINSW Commercial Agency of the Year win in 2025.

Renee specialises in brand strategy, digital marketing and property campaigns across residential and commercial real estate, working with both private and institutional clients.

Leading the marketing team across every office, Renee sets the creative direction and standards that shape how the Beaumont Property Group brands show up across every client-facing touchpoint.

Daniel joined the Beaumont group as Group Marketing Assistant, bringing a strong foundation in writing, content creation and marketing communications. Having graduated from Macquarie University in early 2026 with a Bachelor of Arts majoring in Creative Writing, he combines academic grounding with practical experience gained through internships in marketing and publishing.

Prior to joining the team, Daniel completed an internship within the commercial property sector, where he developed hands-on experience in article writing and copywriting. This exposure to the property industry has provided him with a solid understanding of how marketing supports client-facing outcomes across a professional real estate environment.

In his role, Daniel works closely with agents across the group, producing written documents, proposals and marketing materials that support client presentations and business development. His attention to detail, strong communication skills and passion for writing allow him to deliver clear and polished content that reflects the standards of the Beaumont brand.

As he establishes himself in his marketing career, Daniel is focused on continuing to grow his skills across both written content and graphic design within the property sector.

Outside of work, Daniel is an avid reader and collector of physical media, including CDs, records and DVDs.
